Thanks for another great training session. I’m really happy with Zig’s progress. After class, my nephew, Drew and I took their dog Bootsy and Zig for a 45 minute walk together. When Bootsy got in the car, she gave the ‘dominant female’ growl, to which Zig responded with a little lunge from the back. I ‘hupped’ and he sat. We had no other problems. We are both gaining confidence by the day. I’m hoping to be able to attend the outdoor class. Let us know when it will be.

Just got around to thanking for all your help. Benson has really turned out to be a one-of-a-kind dog. Your training and wonderful tips/pointers has really made all the difference. He loves being with us now and he can really relax and be just what he was suppose to be, a secure, safe and wonderful dog. As I mentioned whenever we walk everyone always says what a great and cute dog he is. I am sure I would not have been able to do it without your help. If you ever need a reference you can count on me, although I am sure that won't be needed because you are so widely known in this area for your great work with dogs. I am truly blessed that I found you. You truly were put here to help these "little angels in fur".

Hi Cindy,
I get the impression you like to see that the methods you teach are working for clients and their pets, so I had to thank you again. Augie and I went to the dog park again today and we had a great time. I threw him a curve today by taking him inside on leash and didn't release him until we practiced a few behaviors. He was confused at first, but then really focused on me and did everything I asked him even with all the distrations around us. For the next hour, for the most part, he was calm and playful when he greeted others. When he did get over-excited we worked on re-directing him. I had to move him away from some children because he was getting too excited, but it only took one correction for him to get the message.
I just can't get over how quickly Augie's behavior has improved in only 10 days. I know it can only get better from here if we keep working on what you taught us. I've had him in a puppy class, 2 basic obedience classes and worked with 2 other trainers. You are the only professional who gave us the tools we needed to correct his problem behaviors. I can't thank you enough for helping us get started. Success really is empowering.

Dear Cindy,
I wanted to thank you for all the help you have given me through the years with the dogs I have brought to you. I attended my first obedience class over 9 years ago when our Chesapeake Bay Retriever was a pup. It was important to us that a big dog be well behaved. You gave me the skills I needed to work with her and I can honestly say she is a great dog. Since then, we have had several adoptive dogs join our family. They have all gone to your obedience classes and become great dogs. Each of our adoptions has had special needs and issues. We really appreciate the way you combine your knowledge of training with your knowledge of breed traits to give us individualized training techniques that will work for us in our setting. A special Thank You for your willingness to work with our rescue and adoptive dogs. Our most recent adoption, a male Australian Shepherd, has presented us the biggest problems yet. After finishing obedience training and some private training, The Beyond Obedience class has allowed us to focus on Ziggy’s specific problems and work in a small group setting that is controllable and yet challenges him weekly. Many of my friends and family have had the same results as I have in your classes. You can be sure I’ll be back again (next month).
